Trip Snippets...

We had a great time on our River Cruise through Europe. We got to see parts of the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary... great sights, sounds, and eats!!

This was an incredible appetizer aboard ship. A crab salad covered with salmon, a little herb mustard, with a little selection of caviar scattered about the plate!!! DELICIOUS!!!

A Great Man...

Director and actor Sydney Pollack dies at 73.

After fighting cancer for nine months, Sydney died on Monday afternoon, surrounded by his family.

He was a shining light in Hollywood... and he will be greatly missed.
