MSU has called a news conference to announce Head Football Coach John L. Smith has been fired effective at the end of the season. He will continue to coach the remaining games.

Spartans are four-and-five this season with three games left to go in this season.

I'm not sure how all of you feel about MSU Football... but you are probably more excited about it than John L. Smith is about coaching the last three games!!
