What Day Is It???

This is my favorite little treasure I picked up at a funky shop when I lived in Nashville.
I call her Anastasia. My Mom calls her "wino lady"... perhaps it's because of where I have her placed... thanks, Mom!

The first picture wasn't showing but I can see her on the second one and she's lovely- what is she made from it's difficult to tell from the photo.Had a chuckle over your mom's name for her!!
Wino Lady ! Love it and especially where she has been placed. Next time, take a pic of that wine collection so we can drool over it.
WOW! What beautiful decor you have! Makes me feel like two bit trash since I put up pictures of cheap pumps on the wall! Did you like Fur? I adore Arbus, but feel like the film takes away from Arbus as a strong independent photographer. Why do most films about great women artists want to suggest that they are mentally frail and that there was some brilliant man behind them nudging them on? (Never mind, don't answer that.)

mjd... it's a print of "La Mariee" by Marc Chagall.
Wino Lady is very cool! She reminds me of a couple of wall hangings that I used to have - they were made of plaster, they had a lady surrounded by grapes, but they had a pocket for a plant or something. I had two of them and I moved them around for about 10 years before I finally gave up and sold them. I could never figure out what to put in the pockets. Your wino lady is much nicer.
